Laid off.

9:38pm: next summer..
Time off work booked for July - Johnson City, Tennessee here I come :)

3:04pm: Unbeleivable
Some assclown decided to kick my bike over AGAIN last night.
Toll this time, broken aftermarket winscreen, broken turn signal + turn signal mount, dinged cylinder head guard, scratched pannier fronts, bent crash bar, broken hand guard.
Something like $490 or so.

Of course, it hits the brand new 350z right next to it on the way down too, so I have him pissed at me also.

If I ever catch who does this, I am going to beat the living shit out of them. Getting a proximity alarm with paging system that'll alert me when someone's within 6 feet up to half a mile range.

Really really pissed off.

9:36am: Thieving wankers
Gr. After having my wifes GPS + Ipod nicked out of our car last week, I get woken up in the middle of the night by my bike alarm (xena lock) going off - look outside to find it on its side, cover still on.

Looks like they were trying to break in to the car riiiight next to my bike (they'd parked V close) and bumped it off in the process - the only upside was that it must've fell toward them, hopefully *on* them, as there were a few crushed half-full beer cans under it when I finally hauled it upright.

No major damage other than a new set of turn signals (grr) and some cylinder-head and crash guard scratches, but still.

Dracut cops turned up 20 mins later or so - others had called them after seeing people trying the cars in the complex - some residents confronted a couple of guys who came out of the woods, but dissapeared V quickly afterward.

9:46pm: Vacation Days
Realising I had 3 weeks to burn before the end of august, I decided to take Friday off, and head off to see some of mid-north NH.

Motorcycle test passed, FTW!

8:29pm: Ayer
If anyone's thinking of getting a haircut in Ayer, Mass, forget the barber shop on main street.

Went in there today, wanting to get a trim, and possibly a shave. There's one customer, one empty chair and the barber in there - I walk in.
Me: "Excuse me, do I need to make an appointment?"
Barber: "No, this is for regular customers only"
Me: "Oh, can I make an appointment for another day?"
Barber: "*You* dont, only for regular customers"

I then get a 'Get out' type glare from the Barber, and a look from the customer as if I'd come off the moon. Needless to say, I left back out into the rain.

Just a warning for anyone in the area.
